Step 1. Choose Your Size and Style

First, select the size and style of your chocolate.  We offer a range of options to suit your needs, including:

  • 1pc Chocolate: A single piece in Single Pack or Thank you Box.
  • Chocolate-clipped Stationery: Available as a Business Card, Post Card, Greeting Card, Welcome Note, and more.
  • 4pcs Box: A set of four chocolates.
  • 6pcs Box: A collection of six chocolates.
  • 8pcs Box: A box containing eight chocolates.
  • 9pcs Box: A set of nine chocolates.
  • 16pcs Box: Our largest box, featuring sixteen chocolates.

 

Step 2. Choose Your Packaging

Once you've selected the size and style of your chocolates, choose from our array of packaging options. Our range includes: 

  • Signature Window Boxes: Simple yet affordable, ideal for any occasion.
  • Luxurious Packaging: Elegant and sophisticated, perfect for weddings or corporate events.
  • Custom Packaging: Fully personalized to meet your specific needs. Please consult with us to discuss your unique requirements. 

 

Step 3. Verify Total Costs.

After selecting the size and packaging of your chocolates, please consult our MSRP Pricing Sheet to review the total costs and ensure they align with your budget. This step will help you confirm the affordability and manage your expenses efficiently.

Step 4. Designing Your Own Chocolate

Once you’ve confirmed that your selected products fit within your budget, you can begin the exciting process of creating your chocolates:

  • Design It Yourself: Interested in designing your own fabulous chocolates? Use our variety of templates to get started. Please email us at info@morethanchocolate.com for access to our design tools.

  • Professional Design Assistance: Prefer our expert touch? Send high-resolution images or vector files (AI, EPS, or PDF) for a precise and detailed chocolate design. For logos with complex patterns, vector files are essential to avoid additional vectorization fees.

  

Step 5. Production Approval

Before we begin production, we'll create a mockup of your chocolates and seek your approval. This is your opportunity to make sure everything looks just right:

  • Initial Review: If you’d like to modify the design after reviewing the mockup, let us know. We are happy to make these changes to ensure your satisfaction.
  • Additional Revisions: Please note that starting from the second change request, a design fee of $35 per hour will be applied.

 

Step 6. Production Time

  • Standard Production: Our standard production time is 2 weeks from the approval of your artwork. This timeframe ensures that we craft your chocolates with the utmost care and precision.
  • Custom Requests: Please be aware that custom packaging and other special requests might extend the production time. We will inform you of any additional time required during the approval process.
  • Urgent Orders: If you have an urgent order, please inform us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee accelerated production for every request, we will make every effort to expedite your order without additional charges, provided our production schedule allows.

 

Step 7. Personalization Service

  • Individualized Gifts: Are you looking to give a personalized and thoughtful gift to each recipient? We offer a variety of products specifically designed for individual personalization.
  • Drop Ship Service: We also provide Drop Ship Service, allowing you to deliver directly to each recipient's doorstep. This service is perfect for ensuring that each gift is both personal and professionally handled.

Step 8. Blind Shipping

  • White Labeling: Are you interested in White Labeling (Blind Shipping)? While chocolates, as food items, must legally display the producer's or seller's information, we can accommodate your needs. We offer to replace our branding with a sticker displaying your information as the distributor.

  • Summer Shipping: Worried about shipping during the summer? Don't be. We protect your chocolates with ice gel and insulated bags at no additional cost to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • Seasonal Recommendations: For the safest and most cost-effective delivery, we recommend following our shipping methods, which are tailored to accommodate the seasonal and geographical variations in climate.
